Robert Pattinson: 'Breaking Dawn' Sex Scene Could Intimidate Twihards' Partners

'The pressure is more on everybody else,' says the Edward Cullen of 'The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I' when talking about the sex scene with Bella.
Robert Pattinson said he felt no pressure when filming sex scene on "The Twilight Saga's Breaking Dawn Part I". Instead, the actor's more concerned that Twihard's partners who would likely be intimidated by the sex scene. "It's not pressure on me," he said in a recent interview to promote the movie. "The pressure is more on everybody else."

Pattinson additionally explained the censored scene where he showed butt crack. Playing vampire Edward, the British heartthrob shared, "It's the rating classification board. They have very strange requirements about things." He added with a joke, "You can show bump cheek, but you can't show a crack. It's kinda ridiculous."

Talking about the atmosphere on the set, Pattinson said the crew made the environment as comfortable as possible. "You have hardly anyone on set. They don't wanna make you feel uncomfortable, but it's kinda easy. Lots of time to do everything, no one around, no monitors. So its kinda easy," said the "Water For Elephants" actor.

Being questioned about filming birth scene, Pattinson revealed he was doing the cesarean section with a doll. The "Bel Ami" hunk said, "I think doing it was really funny. I was just doing it with a dummy of Kristen [Stewart]." He went on, "Kinda not really knowing what to do. Honestly, I've never performed a cesarean section before. So it was kinda fun."
