In the video, Ian’s Damon Salvatore is seen shouting, ‘I am not Stefan!’ at Nina’s Elena Gilbert when she asks him what is wrong with his behavior.Ian Somerhalder’s Damon is having an argument with Nina Dobrev’ Elena in a preview for “The Vampire Diaries” season 3 episode 4. In the video, Damon is seen picking up the necklace on Elena’s neck, and cynically tells her, “Isn’t this a reminder of your bond with Stefan.” At one point, he is seen shouting at Elena, “I am not Stefan,” when she protests about his wild behavior.

Titled “Disturbing Behavior”, the episode will air on Thursday, October 6 on the CW. The story will also follow Joseph Morgan’s Klaus who is still in Chicago. He uses Charmin Lee’s Gloria to help him track down missing information that will explain why his plan is not working.

Meanwhile, in Mystic Falls, a frustrating new enemy pushes Damon over the brink and he lashes out in a way that will have lasting consequences. There is also Candice Accola’s Caroline who struggles with her own emotional issues, even as she tries to help Elena face her feelings.

As for Steven R. McQueen’s Jeremy, he will make a brief but disturbing breakthrough with one of his ghostly visitors. On the other hand, Kat Graham’s Bonnie has a strange encounter that will affect everyone.
