Justin Bieber has made Taylor Swift's Los Angeles concert extra special. The Canadian teen heartthrob made a surprise appearance last Tuesday evening, August 23 when country crooner Taylor performed before nearly 15,000 fans at the first of her four sold-out shows at Staples Center.
17-year-old Justin came out on the stage around two-third of the way through the gig. Before the pop sensation took the stage to sing a duet of "Baby" and perform some dance routines, 21-year-old Taylor first hyped up the crowd by having her band playing the hit single and asked her devotees, "Who wants to see my friend Justin?"
After the concert, Taylor took to her Twitter and wrote, "You think you've heard LOUD screaming in your life.. Then @justinbieber comes out and does a surprise song during your show. Woah. Unreal." Justin wrote in return, "@taylorswift13 we should do that more often. :) great show! #muchlove."
Justin's manager Scooter Braun later admitted that he had to keep the surprise as a secret all day long. Once the show was done, he tweeted, "Had to keep it a secret all day. But [Bieber] just came out and sang BABY with [Swift] at STAPLES. EPIC ROAR! #greatmoment."
This was not the first time the "U Smile" singer threw a surprise by crashing an event. Last July, along with his girlfriend, he crashed a wedding party in Malibu after hearing his song being played at the party. ""WEDDING CRASHERS last night! hahaha. too funny. crazy story," so he tweeted.
About two-thirds of the way through Taylor's show, the boyfriend of Selena Gomez suddenly comes out on stage to perform a duet of his hit single 'Baby' with the 'Mean' hitmaker.
