Donning sleeveless maxi dress paired with slippers and sunglasses, the actress who will play a pregnant teen in an upcoming drama "Gimme Shelter" is seen walking side by side with the mystery hunk. She was also photographed sitting comfortably next to him, while he's talking on the phone.
After sharing the lunch, the "High School Musical" star went to a car wash to get her car cleaned up. Over the weekend, the 22-year-old actress and her sister Stella attended the Lands Music Festival in San Francisco, where they decorated their car with their favorite bands like MGMT, The Black Keys and Muse.
Vanessa has split from her long-time boyfriend Zac Efron last year. She has been linked romantically to Josh Hutcherson since then, but she always claims that both of them are not more than just friends.
