Lindsay Lohan rocked her favorite SoHo look — a white Broderie Anglais mini dress with purple fringe shoulder bag — on a visit to NY’s SoHo neighborhood on Friday.

Lohan is in New York for a few days to see her family and take meetings on fashion-related business. Then it’s back to L.A. where that pesky community service and counseling awaits.
