The former star of 'The City' confirms she is no longer together with the 'Burried Life' star, and adds that she is dealing with being single by focusing on work and keeping busy.Whitney Port has just split from "The Burried Life" star, Ben Nemtin, after dating him for more than a year. The Daily Mail reported that the former star of "The Hills" confirmed the break-up herself when attending the National Iced Tea Day with Snapple in New York City on Saturday, June 11.
"I don't have a boyfriend," the former fashion contributor of Teen Vogue magazine told reporters at the time. On being single, she allegedly commented, "It's definitely different, but I'm enjoying my time focusing on work and keeping busy." The cause of the split remains unknown, but Us Weekly claimed that two insiders have confirmed the break-up as well.
Whitney began dating Ben in February 2010. Back in January this year, the TV personality gushed about her then-boyfriend to PEOPLE magazine, "I think he embodies all of the qualities of the perfect boyfriend. We tell each other everything that goes on and everything that we're feeling everyday, and we're just really there for each other."
In April, the blond beauty said that she always tried to keep her relationship with the MTV star sacred. "The key to our relationship is that we both communicate and understand this crazy role that we play in the crazy world that we live in," she said. "We try to keep our relationship a bit sacred."
