Emma Watson: I Was Queuing in Airport for ‘Deathly Hallows’ Book

Despite being the one who plays Hermione Granger in the fabled wizard film series, Emma admits she has to wait on the line to get the last book of J.K. Rowling's best seller.Emma Watson revealed that she has to wait on the queue line to get the last book of J.K. Rowling's best seller, "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows", despite she's the one who plays Hermione Granger in the famous wizard film franchise. The 21-year-old English actress admitted that she didn't get the copy so she decided to grab one in the airport.

"It's so funny, I was going on holiday the day that the last book was released. They were sending me a copy but I didn't get it cause I wasn't at home," Emma told UAE's university magazine in a recent interview. "So I was queuing in the airport for the book."

"I remember someone spotting me in the queue going 'are you Emma Watson? Are you queuing for the Harry Potter book?' 'Yes.' It was quite surreal really," Emma recalled furthermore. "I was dying... I couldn't really wait until they send it to me. I just had to have it the minute I could get my hands on it."

While talking about the "Deathly Hallows" book, the Paris-born actress-and-model opened up about doing some scary scenes in the "Harry Potter" film. She said, "It was a bit scary at times. We didn't really have much training or much warning sometimes."

The actress who replaces Julia Roberts as the ambassadress for Lancome cosmetics continued, "As much as they can prepare you or put stunt doubles in there, there's a certain amount that you have to do yourself." She added, "You can't get away from doing nothing. I guess that was scary."

During the chat, Emma also revealed why she decided to chop her long hair into really short pixie-cut. "With short hair you've got to be a bit bolder, there's nothing to hide behind," the actress who will play alongside Logan Lerman in "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" said.

"So it's made me be bolder in my fashion choices. It's actually made me more confident as a person I think," the star who topped the 'Best-Dressed Women in the World' list this year explained. " I'm not sure why that is. But it has."
