Shortly after being criticized over his recent nasty outburst in Los Angeles, the 'Kiss Kiss' singer tries to clear things up by tweeting that he doesn't mean to insult anyone.Chris Brown is quick to come out with a response to the criticism about his impulsive gay slur at a group of cameramen in Los Angeles. Taking to his Twitter to explain that he didn't mean to insult homosexual people, he wrote, "I have total respect for Gay community and my intention was not to insult anyone in it."

Breezy unleashed his anger at photographers on Tuesday, June 21, accusing them of telling parking enforcement officer about his illegally parked car. Although the "Kiss Kiss" singer managed to dodge a parking ticket, he was caught in on camera ranting, "Y'all n**gas is weak. Did you all call them to try and film me?" In a video from TMZ, he is heard yelling, "Y'ALL N**GAS IS GAY."

As a result, the 22-year-old got slammed by The Human Rights Campaign. A rep for the HRC said, "Invoking words meant to demean gay Americans is just plain unacceptable. Chris Brown should know better. He irresponsibly neglected to recognize the impact of his words and the unacceptable message that it sends to couple the word gay with negative actions."

This isn't the first time the "I Can Transform Ya" singer has difficulty in controlling his temper. Back in 2009, he was sentenced to five years probation and 180 days of community service after pleading guilty to attacking his then-girlfriend Rihanna.

Last December, the Justin Bieber collaborator in "Next 2 You" got into a Twitter feud with Raz B after he called him a "homo" and a "d**k in da booty a** lil boy." In March this year, he smashed a window at ABC's "Good Morning America" studio after host Robin Roberts asked him about his probation stemming from RiRi case during an interview.
