The 'Monte Carlo' actress has released an official artwork for her upcoming song which is set to be premiered on June 7.Selena Gomez has unveiled a cover art of her new song "Bang Bang Bang" on her Twitter recently. Staying true to the vintage theme of her album artwork, the "Wizards of Waverly Place" star appears with retro black-and-white look in this new image. She wears vintage long-sleeved top and has her hair done in an equally old-schooled do.

The new song is set to be launched on June 7 via iTunes. It will also be included in her upcoming album "When the Sun Goes Down" which is due for U.S. release on June 28 while she's on tour with her band The Scene alongside All Star Weekend.

Selena has recently shot a music video for her new single, "Love You Like a Love Song". Upon the filming of the clip, she was criticized by singer Pink for painting horses pink. The "Stupid Girl" hitmaker blasted the girlfriend of Justin Bieber on Twitter, writing "If there are any animal activists around Malibu- at Leo Cabrillo State Beach, there are horses being painted for a stupid music video. Shame."

However, Selena's camp quickly slammed the criticism, insisting that they didn't harm any animal in the making of the video. "It was important to the Production Company, Record Label and Ms. Gomez that no animals were harmed and all proper precautions were taken," Selena's rep claimed. "A non toxic, vegetable based powder paint was applied via an airbrush and removed with water. An official from the Humane Society was on set supervising."
