While enjoying vacation with their mothers in the City of Light, the 'Vampire Diaries' co-stars are snapped affectionately hugging each other.Action speaks louder than words. Despite always playing coy about their dating rumors, "The Vampire Diaries" stars, Nina Dobrev and Ian Somerhalder, were snapped enjoying romantic vacation with their mothers at Saint Germain des Pres in Paris, France on Tuesday, May 24. The couple couldn't get their hands off one another - Nina kept wrapping her arms around Ian's hip as they took a stroll around the city.
The Elena Gilbert and Damon Salvatore of the popular vampire series, along with their mothers, later dined at a local bar where a crowd of fans gathered around in the streets to get a glimpse at the famous CW stars. Ian took to his Twitter to greet his fans in the City of Light.
The 32-year-old actor tweeted, "Just go up, first day in Paris with no work must go play a bit,its healthy:)." He also thanked his devotees for their nice welcome in France, writing "Thank you for the warm welcome everyone here,its really amazing."
This was actually not the first time the rumored couple was seen showing off their affection toward each other. Last April, they were also spotted getting closer at Coachella festival in Indio, California. However, the Bulgarian-Canadian actress insisted she will never date her co-star.
Speaking to Vogue magazine last April, Nina said, "We expected the rumors. Like, if I wasn't dating Ian, I'd be dating Paul [Wesley]." The 22-year-old brunette further pointed out, "A lot of people who work together end up dating, so it wouldn't be unusual, but I've never dated anyone I've worked with."
