The troubled actress enjoyed some downtime with sister Ali Lohan and a few friends on a rooftop patio in Miami, Florida on Monday, May 23 when she was spotted pulling out a bottle of what seems to be a prescription of some sort from a black bag.

Pictures taken from the rooftop hangout capture the actress, who will star opposite John Travolta in the upcoming "Gotti: Three Generations", relaxing on a chair with her companions before walking to the edge to enjoy the view. For the occasion, she wore a white shirt, short-stripped shorts, a pair of sandals and an orange scarf.

Later that day, the 24-year-old was seen on a Miami, Florida beach. Wearing a blue bikini, she took a dip in the ocean and exposed a temporary tattoo on her upper right arm that read "Blood". The "Mean Girls" actress, however, turned the ink into a blurry black smudge mark after she rubbed sun cream on.
