With the elimination of Ralph Macchio on Tuesday, May 17, the Disney star who went by the name of Chelsea Staub will battle Hines Ward and Kristie Alley for the mirror ball trophy.Chelsea Kane is going to the final round of "Dancing with the Stars". With Ralph Macchio being eliminated on Tuesday night, May 17, the actress who was previously known as Chelsea Staub fills in the Top 3 slot for the season 12's finale along with Hines Ward and Kristie Alley.
Although she is the youngest contestant left in the tournament, the dancing partner of Mark Ballas has proven she has what it takes to win the mirror ball trophy, considering her being on the top of the leader board on week 9. Speaking about her preparation for the final tournament, she revealed she "will do the samba".
Chelsea's strongest contender Hines, in the meantime, said that he "will be doing the quickstep" for the final show. The NFL star landed on the second place after his Monday night performance with partner Kym Johnson. Trailing behind him was 60-year-old Kristie and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy.
Meanwhile, Ralph said after getting the boot, "I will never forget how the fans have driven us through every week." He thanked his partner Karina Smirnoff and added, "Karina, you have inspired me in so many ways with your heart, your talent your class your integrity as an artist and even more so as a human being I'm proud to have been your dance partner and more proud to be your friend."
