She’s been putting a ton of time and energy into ramping up interest in her Honest Company and yesterday (September 10) Jessica Alba took her squeaky clean campaign to Manhattan.
Joined by a host of physicians and nurses, the “Dark Angel” dame hosted the Honest Company Ultra Clean Room Unveiling at Mount Sinai Medical Center sporting a pretty pink dress and silver heels.
Earlier in the day, Jessica paid a visit to “The Meredith Vieira Show” and chatted about how she struggled with insecurity in her teenage years.
Alba explained, "My teens and my 20s I just wasn’t sure of myself and I was always kind of insecure and I always felt I needed to apologize for myself. After I became, first of all, 30 and being a mom of two, I just sort of came into myself as a woman and now I have a company.”
Furthermore, "I was always also insecure about not going to college and I always felt I wasn’t smart enough. I feel better now especially after 30, it’s crazy what happens."
