Kim Kardashian decided to stay home on New Year's Eve and hang out with her family, so she found herself with some extra time on her hands. In an effort to set the record straight for her fans, Kim took to her Twitter account on Wednesday night to address some of the recent tabloid rumors about her and her family.
“Let's clear up some rumors before the new year.... I'm bored looking online and seriously don't know where they come up with this stuff!” she tweeted out.
From pregnancies, to break-ups to reported bad behavior, Kim and the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan are frequent targets for tabloid rumors. While there was no way that Kim could set the record straight on every rumor that's currently circulating about her or her family, she did squash three of the biggest recent tabloid stories.

Rumor #1: Kim is pregnant with her second child.
According to Kim, there is no truth to this rumor whatsoever.
“No I'm not pregnant,” she tweeted.
While Kim may not be currently pregnant with her second child, she has confirmed that she and her husband Kanye West are hoping to become parents again very soon.
“We're trying," she said in November during an appearance on Australia's Today Show. "I guess it's all in God's hands."
Rumor #2: Kim and Kanye are having trouble in their marriage.
They haven't even been married a year yet, and already the tabloids are reporting that Kim and Kanye are heading for divorce court. Media outlets have been reporting trouble in the West marriage since Kim and Kanye tied the knot in May, but the reports escalated in December when Kanye attended a family reunion without his wife and daughter. Kim was quick to not only deny the rumor, but also clarify how she and her husband really feel.
“Kanye & I are not having marriage problems,” she wrote. “We're literally obsessed with each other!”
Rumor #3: Scott Disick purchased a new home for himself to get away from Kourtney Kardashian.
Kim also cleared up a rumor about her sister Kourtney's longtime boyfriend, Scott Disick, whom tabloids claim just bought himself a new house to use as a “bachelor pad.” Several media outlets reported that Scott is planning to leave Kourtney and their three kids and live in the 4,095-square-foot Beverly Hills mansion on his own. According to Kim, Scott did indeed purchase a new home, but did it for a very different reason than what's being reported.
“Scott did NOT buy a bachelor pad in Bev Hills. He is starting a new business venture buying homes & renovating them to re-sell.”
