So we thought they were off, then Karrueche Tran said they were still on, and now Chris Brown has made it clear that his relationship with his longtime girlfriend is definitely off after publicly declaring his single status at a recent concert in L.A.
The breakup doesn't mark the first time that the couple have called time on their romance, but it looks like it could be one of their most public - and bitter - splits given the comments the pair have made.
Speaking during a gig last night (Dec. 5), the X hitmaker told the crowd that he was no longer in a relationship, and even appeared to throw some serious shade at his ex-lover. "How many single ladies we got in here tonight?" Brown asked the audience, before adding, "Well, I'm single too. F**k that b**ch." The star then proceeded to perform his hit single 'Loyal' with Tyga, which includes the line "These hoes ain't loyal." A sly dig perhaps?

After the concert, Brown took to Instagram to post a flirty photo of him and the Jenner sisters Kendall and Kylie and their older sister Khloe Kardashian. "Look who came to see me! Love them," the singer wrote in the caption. The girls looked to be getting pretty cosy with the star as Kendall sat on his lap, while sisters Kylie and Khloe leaned in to him for the photo. Looks like somebody's making the most of their new bachelor status...

But Karrueche hasn't left it to Chris to do all the dissing, and looked to make a sneaky remark about her former flame on Twitter earlier today. In light of the New Flame singer's comments at the Power 106 Cali Christmas set, she wrote: "N****s be in they feelings when you break up with them lol". The model sparked rumours of a split late last month when she told the Twittersphere that she was "a single lady again" but later clarified that she wasn't actually referring to her relationship status, but instead to a recent TV show appearance she made. Hmm... sounds legit.
"I was talking about the show Single Ladies.. I just came back from shooting an episode lol gee wiz," Tran wrote a short while after her initial tweet. Surely she would have had an idea that a comment like that would have people talking!
