Jerry Seinfeld Believes He Is On The Autism Spectrum

Jerry Seinfeld has revealed he sees himself on the autism spectrum.

Seinfeld has been making people laugh for most of his life, but speaking to NBC's Brian Williams on Thursday's Nightly News, the comedian decided to get a little serious, and claimed he is on the autism spectrum.

Speaking on the show, the funnyman revealed what makes him tick, his love of comedy and his ability to still do stand-up after all these years. "If you're more interested in what you have achieved or what your financial position enables you to do than that thing that got those things, you're screwed -- in my opinion, you're screwed," he quipped.

But the interview did take a serious turn, as WIlliams noted that, at 60, Seinfeld is still "figuring out who he is. For example: in recent years as he's learned about autism spectrum disorders, he sees it in himself."

And Seinfeld didn't deny the claim. Instead the Seinfeld star confirmed the news, saying, "I think, on a very drawn-out scale, I think I'm on the spectrum."
