Jaylen Fryberg Suspected High School Shooter’s Revealing Final Social Media Posts

Suspected school shooter Jaylen Fryberg, who is believed to have killed one person and wounded several others at Marysville Pilchuck High School near Seattle on Friday, apparently posted several revealing tweets in the days leading up to the deadly shooting. Fryberg reportedly died of a self-inflicted gunshot.

His final tweet, posted on his reported Twitter account on Thursday, reads: “It won’t last…. It’ll never last….”

But his tweets going back to September and beyond suggest Fryberg may have been dealing with plenty of internal turmoil prior to the shooting.

On Sept. 16, Fryberg wrote, “Fml…” — which stands for “f*** my life.” On Sept. 19, he seemingly posted a cryptic message about someone talking to “someone else.”

He would later post, “Did you forget she was my girlfriend?”

On the same day, a seemingly furious Fryberg wrote, “Dude. She tells me everything. And now. I f***ing HATE you! Your no longer my ‘Brother’!”

Still on Sept. 19, Fryberg lamented, “Night f***ing RUINED.”

From the next day, Sept. 20:
On Oct. 13, Fryberg returned to Twitter with more angry messages. Who the tweets were directed at remains a mystery.

A series of tweets posted on Oct. 21 seemed more depressed than they were angry. Again, the tweets lack crucial context at the moment.
On Thursday, he posted his final tweet. On Friday, he allegedly gunned down several people, killing one person and ultimately himself. Police say a legally purchased .40-caliber Beretta handgun was used in the shooting.
