Kicking off the new week with some physical fitness, Josh Duhamel headed over to a gym in Brentwood, California on Monday (October 7).

Always a snappy dresser, the “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” hunk arrived with his yellow and purple shorts and white t-shirt, making no secret of the fact that he’s a huge Los Angeles Lakers fan.

Over the weekend, Josh took the opportunity to start teaching his baby boy Axl Jack Duhamel all about male bonding over sports.

Duhamel posted a photo of himself snuggling with his son along with the caption, “Gonna catch some football with my little guy today.”
