He’s been busy out on the road with Jay-Z all summer, and now Justin Timberlake has been named as one of the illustrious performers for the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on August 25th.

The “Suit & Tie” singer will take the stage at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center to sing for the people before receiving the Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.

Along with JT, artists like Katy Perry, Daft Punk, Miley Cyrus, Robin Thicke, Lady Gaga, and Kanye West are also slated to perform.

Furthmore, Timberlake has been nominated for a whopping six Moonman trophies including the highly-coveted Video of the Year category.
