Hard at work on one of her many projects, Anna Kendrick arrived on the set of “The Last 5 Years” on Friday (June 28) in New York City.

Ready for her close up, the “Pitch Perfect” cutie wore a '50s-inspired look of peach cropped pants, a maroon shirt, and a headscarf as she prepared for her first scene of the day.

Along with co-star Jeremy Jordan, the actress had to learn some dance routines for the musical numbers in the film, which, after a long day, had her tweeting, “Trying to get inspired after a long day of dancing. We must ask: What would Beyonce do?”

A musical drama, “The Last 5 Years” is described as follows: A struggling actress and her novelist lover each illustrate the struggle and deconstruction of their love affair.
