Showing off her impeccable football throwing skills, Zooey Deschanel was hard at work filming "New Girl" in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (January 23).

The 33 year-old actress looked casually chic in black tights, matching shorts and a striped top as she tossed around the ball with her fellow co-stars.

Keeping her fans up to date on all of her recent business projects, Zooey took to her Twitter page earlier this week to show off her latest work, writing, "Here’s a look at my new @Pantene spot."

Miss Deschanel was announced as the new celebrity ambassador for the popular haircare brand back in August, where she gushed, "Being a ‘Pantene girl’ has been a dream of mine since I was a little kid."
