Taking care of some promotional duties, Pamela Anderson headed over to ITV Studios in London, England on Thursday morning (January 3).

The former “Baywatch” babe was in the house for an interview on “This Morning” in which she chatted about her gig on the new season of “Dancing on Ice.”

And it sounds like Pammie has thoroughly enjoyed working with her pro ice skating partner Matt Evers in preparation for this weekend’s kickoff.

Anderson explained, “I am having so much fun training for the show and I love doing something physical. It keeps me in line and it keeps me out of trouble! It also keeps me occupied and I have definitely toned up since I started training. I am definitely in better shape than I have ever been.”
