Ready for a busy day of work, Sarah Hyland arrived on the set of "Modern Family" in Los Angeles on Tuesday (October 23).

The 21-year-old actress was dressed casually in a purple sweater, black leggings and was joined by co-star Sofia Vergara who rocked a backless top.

Fall weather is perfect for Miss Hyland as she proclaimed on her Twitter account on Sunday, "You can never own too many sweaters."

The fashion fan got to put her ideas to good use recently. She reportedly co-designed her glamorous Emmy gown with Marchesa's Georgina Chapman.

The older sister on the hit series told US Weekly on the red carpet, "What I like to wear is what I feel at that moment. I envision something in my head for an awards show and try to find something closest to it, or like I did tonight, I co-designed my dress with Georgina."
