Baring her midriff in a cropped sweater paired with skintight black pants, the “California King Bed” singer strikes a stylish pose in front of a vintage car. For the black-and-white shot, she even appears in a completely different look by rocking a short blond wig.

The former girlfriend of Chris Brown was teaming up with photographer Steven Klein for the shoot, which took place in New York City. Of the concept for the new campaign, the Italian fashion line explained, “The concept was based on a classic film noir, giving it a contemporary twist, sexy, yet sophisticated.”

RiRi’s has been hired as the new face for the fashion brand since July. She follows the footsteps of other A-listers who formerly served as the brand’s ambassadors, including Megan Fox, Rafael Nadal, Cristiano Ronaldo, as well as David Beckham and his wife Victoria Adams.

Rihanna recently sparked an online frenzy when her name was mentioned as Esquire Magazine’s Sexiest Woman Alive in 2011. The magazine, however, clarified that the Bajan singer was not the one who received the honor, but it was the “30 Rock” star Katrina Bowden.
