A representative for Lea confirms that the Rachel Berry of ‘Glee’ has split from her Broadway actor boyfriend, but insists it was not ‘a dramatic breakup.’Lea Michele is back being single. After the Rachel Berry of “Glee” sparked break-up rumors with her solo appearance on the red carpet of the 2011 Emmy Awards last Sunday night, September 18, her representative stepped forward to confirm that the actress has indeed called it quits with Theo Stockman.

“This is not a dramatic breakup, the relationship just ran its course,” her representative told E! News in a statement. The rep additionally insisted that both Lea and the Broadway actor are still maintaining good relationship after the split. “They are still friends and will always be friends,” so the rep claimed.

The 25-year-old actress, who will appear as Elise in upcoming romantic comedy “New Year’s Eve”, has been dating the 26-year-old actor for more than a year. The twosome were last caught on camera enjoying vacation at a beach in Hawaii back in July.

In an interview with British Cosmopolitan, Lea once said that she found her father figure in Theo. “My father makes me laugh, my sense of humor comes from him, but at the same time, I know he’s going to take care of everything”, Lea shared, before adding, “I see some of that in my boyfriend.”

Lea also gushed about how she maintained to keep in touch with Theo despite her busy schedule. She said, “Take a shower, put on a bathrobe, pour myself a glass of wine and Skype with Theo. That is the best.”
