The former ‘The Hills’ star admits she already knew that people will think she’s dating her ‘Dancing With the Stars’ partner, saying, ‘that’s what happens when you put two people together.’Kristin Cavallari doesn’t seem to mind being rumored to be dating her “Dancing with the Stars” partner, Mark Ballas. In fact, the 24-year-old starlet admitted she’s already expected that there will be some dating speculations about them.

“I kind of expect [the dating rumors], to be honest,” the former MTV’s “Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County” star told PEOPLE. She added, “But that’s what happens when you put two people together.”

Mark, meanwhile, chimed in, “That s***’s already started.” The Texas-born dancer went on sharing about his opinion of Kristin. He said, “She is a sweetheart. We have a lot of fun. We laugh a lot. We’re getting along great.”

Both Mark and Kristin are newly single. Mark has just split from “American Idol” alum Pia Toscano, while Kristin has ended her engagement to Chicago Bears star Jay Cutler. Since then, they have been linked romantically to each other.

Aside from the spinning gossip, the pair are now concentrating on the new season of “DWTS”. “I’m pretty proud of her progress,” Mark said of his partner. “We’re focusing on the routines and making the best performances for our fans. We’re really grateful to them for voting for us.”

Kristin also said that next week’s quickstep will be “a little challenging”. The blond beauty who plays Trish van Doren in comedy film “Wild Cherry” shared that she is relieved because she doesn’t “think it’s going to be any worse than the cha cha.”
