No Doubt Working on New Album with Major Lazer

No Doubt have been working hard on their first album in nearly a decade, and the group received some help from super production duo Major Lazer yesterday.

A photo of the band along with Lazer producers Diplo and Switch was posted on the band’s twitter page.

“We’re working on 3 different songs tonight [sic] in 3 different rooms in the same studio complex, all at once. Like magic, somehow it works,” guitarist Tom Dumont tweeted.

“@majorlazer in one of those rooms. Cutting drums with Adrian [Young] at the moment,” he added.

Dumont also shared the titles of two songs the band have been working on entitled “Undercover” and “Push and Shove.”

No Doubt announced that they had entered the recording studio in January to work on a new album.

The band reunited in 2009 for a summer tour.
