The actress, who is famously known as Alice Cullen in the “Twilight Saga” series, went out for a dinner with a female friend in Los Angeles recently, but paparazzi thought that she was there with a mystery man.

The ex-girlfriend of Joe Jonas was seen leaving Nobu on Monday night, July 18. Shortly after she and her gal pal drove away, the photographers turned their attention to a man who left the restaurant right around the same time. One photog asked the man if he’s the actress’ new boyfriend. Though the man quickly said no, the photog and the others continued to grill him.

Ashley’s rep was also in line with the mystery man. The rep denied that the 24-year-old beauty, who will be seen in “The Apparition”, went to dine with a male suitor, stressing she was just enjoying meals with her female friend.

Ashley has been hit with several dating reports after splitting from Joe. Last March, she was romantically linked to Kings of Leon’s bassist Jared Followill before she was rumored flirting with Chris Evans at a party in Trousdale. She was then alleged making out with her “Twilight Saga” co-star Jackson Rathbone, and was said enjoying a flirty night out with Gerard Butler.
