The Lisbeth Salander depicter, who graces the one-sheet in her Gothic style, is hugged from the back by her co-star Daniel Craig.Rooney Mara bares her skin in a newly-released poster for "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo (2011)". The "A Nightmare on Elm Street" beauty, who trades her feminine look with Gothic style to take a female lead role in the upcoming movie, appears topless in the black-toned poster.

Also being featured in the one-sheet is Daniel Craig who plays disgraced financial journalist Mikael Blomkvist. The "Quantum of Solace" hunk hugs Mara from the back, with his hand strategically covering his co-star's assets.

In this David Fincher-directed thriller film, Mara portrays a ruthless computer hacker Lisbeth Salander who teams up with Blomkvist to find missing girl Harriet Vanger. Based on the first book in Stieg Larsson's best-selling "Millenium" series, the English-language big screen adaptation "departs rather dramatically from the book."

Mara's character, for example, is more aggressive, while Craig's Blomkvist is "less promiscuous." Stellan Skarsgard and Robin Wright Penn are also starring in the movie which is due December 21 in the U.S.
