The 27-year-old actor has been dating the "Raising Hope" actress since 2008, but he had reportedly grown distant from her ever since he filmed his latest super-hero movie, "The Amazing Spider-Man" star.

To Us Weekly, an insider spilled on the couple's breakup as explaining that Andrew and Shannon became estranged as he "got deeper into filming 'The Amazing Spider-Man; he literally never saw her." The insider added that Shannon is "telling people they're on a break... [but] they haven't spoken to each other in weeks."

In 2010, Andrew told Parade Magazine he and Shannon always tried to make their relationship work despite their tight schedules. "I think my girlfriend is proud of me and the fact that I've reminded grounded," he said.

"I'm just busier. That's the main thing. I haven't got as much time to mope about and complain that I'm bored. She travels with me when she's not working," he continued. "Whenever we have time, we're together. When I'm on my own, you'd find me in the ocean surfing."
